Jr Knight Training

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at the Scottsdale Castle! Jr Knight Training is the perfect way for kids to step into the shoes of a knight and learn about the bravery and dedication it takes to defend the realm.

This incredible experience is FREE with each child admission to the Saturday 4pm show! Just show up early and be ready for adventure!

EVENT DETAILS

When: Saturdays before the 4pm show
Dates: Available only on Saturdays, Jul 6 – Aug 3, 2024
Doors Open: 2:30pm
Training Starts: 3:00pm

Children must be between the ages of 5 and 12 to participate. Space is limited and training is available on a first come, first served basis for the first 60 kids. Training is open to both boys and girls. Closed-toe shoes are required to participate.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Weapons Demonstration & Training: The training begins in the arena with a thrilling weapons demonstration by our skilled knight and weapons master. Watch in awe as they showcase the art of swordsmanship and the precision needed to wield a knight’s weapon. Kids will learn about the grueling training regimen of a knight.

Group Knighting Ceremony: After the training, all participants will be knighted by Queen Doña Maria Isabella herself, a moment they will cherish forever!

Prepare for an afternoon of chivalry, bravery, and fun at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Scottsdale!
