2025 Photo Contest
Girl Scout Troops are invited to construct a Medieval Castle with Girl Scout cookie boxes. The top six winning troops will receive up to 15 tickets to their participating castle, meet and greets, swag bags, and more! 2025 Participating Castles: Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; and Scottsdale, AZ
Prizes
Six winners will be announced per participating castle. Prizes valid only at your selected participating castle: Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; or Scottsdale, AZ.
2025 Deadlines
- Jan 19 – Feb 26: Photo submissions accepted
- Feb 3: Last day to request crowns
- Mar 3 – 9: Voting! Photos will be posted to the Woobox voting platform and linked from the Medieval Times Facebook and Instagram accounts on February 12. Encourage your friends and family to support your Troop!
- Mar 12: Winners announced
- Mar 13 – 24: Prizes distributed
How to Enter
Instructions for Troop Leaders
- Request your Medieval Times crowns below by February 3, 2025.
- Once you receive your crowns, gather the Troop for your castle build! Make sure you incorporate at least one green and one yellow crown, and your Troop number is prominent and visible in your photo.
- Submit one photo here by February 26, 2025 on the Woobox voting platform. Photos will be approved through the platform.
- Look out for your photo to be shared on Woobox and on the Medieval Times Facebook page by March 3, 2025. Share with friends and family and encourage them to help support and vote for your Troop!
- Winners will be announced March 12, 2025 via email and on this page.
- Prizes will be distributed to winning Troops by March 24, 2025.
Eligibility
- Prizes are for participating castles only: Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; and Scottsdale, AZ.
- To be eligible to win, Troops must be participating in the 2025 Cookie Program.
- Photos must be submitted by a Troop leader no later than February 26, 2025, and consist of a photo of a Medieval castle built from Girl Scout cookie boxes, including at least one green and one yellow Medieval Times crown, and a visible Troop number.
- Voting must be completed through the Woobox platform. Likes and other social reactions and engagement will not count towards the voting process.
- To limit bots, only one vote per IP address in Canada or the U.S. will be accepted.
- Winners will be based on the highest number of qualified votes on each photo.
- ONE submission per Girl Scout Troop only. Only one submission per IP address will be accepted.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
This contest is open to all Girl Scout Troops. Prizes are only for the six participating Medieval Times castles in Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Myrtle Beach, SC; and Scottsdale, AZ. Medieval Times is not responsible for transportation fees or additional accommodations.
To be eligible to win, Troops must be participating in the 2025 Cookie Program.
Entry to this competition is by the Troop leader submitting your name, Troop number, council, phone number, email, and one photo of a Medieval castle built from Girl Scout cookie boxes, including at least one green and one yellow Medieval Times crown, and a visible Troop number through the Woobox platform. One entry is allowed per email address.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Medieval Times reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
Medieval Times is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
To limit bots, only one vote per IP address in Canada or the U.S. will be accepted. Medieval Times reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of each entry. Participants can be disqualified at any time.

1st & 2nd Place: Top 1 and 2 Troops with the most legitimate votes will receive up to 15 tickets for the Troop to attend a select show at the their participating castle, a pre-show meet and greet with the Medieval Times Horse Trainer, and a custom photo for each member.
3rd & 4th Place: Top 3 and 4 Troops with the most legitimate votes will receive up to 10 tickets for the Troop to attend a select show at the their participating castle.
5th & 6th Place: Top 5 and 6 Troops with the most legitimate votes will receive a Medieval Times swag bag.
Medieval Times will announce the winner Wed, Mar 12, 2025 at 1 p.m. CST via email, on this contest page, Woobox contest pages, and the original social posts. Prizes will be distributed by Mar 24, 2025.
The contest will run from Mar 3 – 9, 2025.
